I have been using Boscia for many years and I really like it. But my new bottle is very different. No longer removes eye makeup. Has the formula changed? I used it for the first time today and had to clean my eyes 3 times and my mascara was still smeared under my eyes. I have to find a new product. Also, the bottle is no longer transparent, so you can't tell when it's running low.

Since I first used this product I have tried many make-up removers, mainly to be eco-friendly and also because this product is not available in my country . but i'm back It's amazing. It's manageable, it's very mild but pleasant scent, it ruins everything including waterproof mascara, it rinses off so easily and makes me feel like I almost don't need a full cleanse afterwards (but I do it anyway) . Here it is, right there: the best makeup remover. For heavier "night" looks I may need to reapply it to my eyes (there are some long-lasting eyeliners out there) but other than that it removes your makeup in one application. *none* eye irritation. I've read about stronger makeup removers irritating people's eyes or skin and you won't get that with this one. It's so gentle but still gets the job done.

So love this product it's a great everyday cleaner. But what the hell, Revain? I buy a brand new product and you send it to me in a partially melted ziplock bag with an elastic band and a bunch of tape to keep it from leaking! When I order a new product, I expect it to be in the original packaging. As far as I know you passed it off as a sample bottle before sending it to me that way. This is incredibly unprofessional.
