Worth every dollar.

Excellent flash. I'm gonna replace my studio lights with these babes. Powerful and handy, only the modeling light is missing. I used a miniature flashlight as the modeling light.

married to my pocket maker

I got this flash because my canon 580 exii didn't work well with my pocket maker (flexTT5) and I heard this old flash had less interference. This works great, I'm going to marry this flash to my pocket magician and hopefully get a second one for my other pocket magician set.

The best Canon 550 EX flash for photography and still photography

This order has been carefully and securely packed. It was in almost new condition. I immediately tested all functions and found that everything works correctly. The delivery of the order took three days. I was completely satisfied and looked forward to many years with this flash.

Excellent model Speedlite Prior and very similar to its successor 580ex.

I am a beginner photographer using the T3i. This is my first off-camera flash. My budget is very limited and I wasn't sure if I should use the 550ex. The 550ex turned out to be a very good flash, similar to the 580ex but with predictably fewer features. It serves as master, slave and wireless; ETL works too. Given the cost of the 430ex and 580ex, the 550ex is a good economical choice; Most of their features cost around ½ to ⅓ the cost. I like the entry level Pro Speedlite flash and it works…
