Not OEM quality but worth the price.

They lasted 5 years and 50,000 miles before the boot broke. Since the car I'm putting them in has 230,000 miles I'll just buy another pair because I doubt the car will make it to 280,000 miles.

  • Best
Cons
  • So far so good

Bad processing.

I ordered two to check for manufacturing variances. Too much play to consider defective. One of them had twice as many games as the other. I closed the box and went back. Thank you Revane Prime.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Good but not great

I asked my mechanic to install a Cardone right front axle.

My mechanic installed this Cardone right front axle the day before Thanksgiving (a week ago) and drove it 180 miles to my sister's immediately and 180 miles back two days later. So after 500 km it works great.

Inexpensive replacement axles

Affordable and gets the job done. Make sure you check the male or female transmission connection. I ordered the men's version after Revane told me it would fit, but after removing the old axle I realized I needed the women's version for it. Replacement is fairly easy, and a 32mm hub nut and roll pin are included to secure.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • No automatic transmission

I got good! - CV (Constant Speed)

Magazine installed with no problems in an advertised working hour. Driven a 2004 Subaru Legacy 35th Anniversary Outback 3.0L V6 Front Passenger Car, Auto Trans. For a month of operation there were no vibration and noise issues. The packaging was disgusting, luckily it wasn't damaged, but the box was flimsy. Maybe good value for money if you need a quick cheap fix. Reviews about the quality of this truck are mixed, but I got a good one. Your results may vary.

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • Reliability

I'll update if it doesn't work, so far so good.

I really like the price. Installed without any problems, as well as external tie rods. So far so good, no tremors, no tremors, no other complaints. If it doesn't work before then I will update. As a release date, take August 1st, 2015. If I haven't complained, and it's 2020 if you're reading this, consider the good thing is, what else can I do? Update; October 2021: Wow, weird couple of years right? They are alright.

Works well on my 2002 Impreza TS Wagon

Two of these used on a 2002 Impreza TS Wagon. Fits well and stitching works well. For anyone installing one for the first time, I suggest once you think you've lined up the hole for the new pin, take a Phillips head screwdriver that just fits and wiggle it a bit to make sure that that hole is aligned. Then you can tap the pin lightly. Note that one end of the pin is tapered - the tapered end enters first. I used a small long head that just fit around the pin to partially tap it and then used a…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Update available

After just 19 months and 16,000 miles the axles were causing terrible vibrations throughout the car when accelerating. I also noticed that the boots were starting to leak/squirt lube all over the place. I would not recommend these parts to anyone who intends to keep their car after installing these axles. I replaced the failed A-1 Cardone axles with rebuilt Subaru axles and the problem went away. If you buy it cheap, you buy it twice. Only in this case do they have to be reinstalled. What a…
