This is polyester, not "premium wool" No patch as advertised and it's purple orange instead of burgundy and yellow. And I have to pay for returning the fake scarf. To be honest, Revain has never had such a bad experience.

Some people report that the scarf doesn't itch. It seems incomprehensible to me. The comb feels precariously glued together and looks stiff and cheesy on its own. The colors are not as strong as I had imagined. The scarf is also narrower than I imagined. We bought it to accompany the Harry Potter robes we ordered. This scarf looks exactly like the picture and is made of wool as advertised. I bought a scarf to take off the HP patch and wear it as a regular warm winter scarf in the winter, but it is SO itchy. This isn't your usual soft, washable wool, so it needs to be rinsed with Woolite to see if that makes it any more comfortable and fluffy. Otherwise, this scarf should only be used for costumes.

This is a great scarf and although it tends towards purple it is still recognizable as a Gryffindor scarf. To be honest if I could find a scarlet one I would buy it but it doesn't exist and I'm glad I bought this one.
