🚪 Genuine Eynpire 8017 Beige/Tan Driver Side Door Handle for Toyota Sequoia & Tundra (Double Cab) – 2001-2007 & 2004-2006 Models Review

This is not an exact replacement for a 2001 Sequoia driver's door handle. I had to drill one of the holes for the cable to fit properly rather than the same channel to hold the cable in place, but I made it fit.

As soon as my grip broke I thought I should go to a Toyota dealership or body shop and it cost at least $200. But I'm so glad I searched here, found a replacement part and my husband replaced it himself with the help of YouTube. Great for my 2002 Toyota Sequoia.

I had to reuse the black .z pad because it wasn't made correctly (mold doesn't work well). I had to disassemble the new parts (lock knob, handle and spring) and then transfer them to the packaging of the old packaging. The new one will not work since it was sent.

Bought to replace the inside door handle on the driver's side of my stepmom's '03 Sequoia. The only problem I had was that the lock cable pin was too big to fit in the lock deadbolt hole. I just drilled it with a drill press, after that everything worked. I watched a video on YouTube on how to disassemble the door and replace the part. Took about 20 minutes and saved a few hundred dollars doing it myself instead of taking it to the dealer. Works just as well as OEM.
