Bought 2 for myself and 1 for family. We both felt like garbage. When folded, most of the cover fell off. The instructions are useless, as is the product. It doesn't diffuse light effectively, and as we said, most of the coating came off during folding, application and removal. BOOK IT BEFORE SPENDING THIS MONEY 3 TIMES!

Thin as some say, but want something heavy to drag on top of your expensive camera? I found this diffuser better than the horseshoe. For some reason they don't always let the flash fire. I still have to manipulate the camera enough to stop it. I haven't had any issues with this type of box and it's great. I had no problems with the coating peeling off as seen in other reviews. This was used on a Canon 7D: I was very disappointed with the results. I did my best to match the many shots of the cosplayers in the convention center. The light was ok but I had to use my 18-135mm 3.5-5.6 lens to try and get some wide angle shots, the device didn't spread enough and so most of the shots looked really unprofessional out.
