Don't waste your money

The item has been installed less than 2 months and is already starting to fail. While driving, a short circuit occurs and all the devices on the instrument panel turn on and off. I contacted the company about 8 months later and they told me to clean it and then oil it. When I said that I had already done this and that part of it was broken, they replied that it had been almost a year so they would not do anything. Lifetime warranty seems like a lie. I strongly recommend staying away from this…

Who said something has to be expensive?

We bought the cheapest we could find and so far we haven't regretted our choice. It was very easy to install and did what it was supposed to do within 10 minutes. Check out reviews for more expensive ignition lock cylinders. most of them are poor. The keys are identical to our original keys, so all you have to do is close the hole and leave enough space for your bunch of keys. I recommend you take a risk when you are in the market. I don't think you will regret it.

If you have trouble after installing the cylinder, check to see if the safety light is flashing. If it stays constant, three pins on the chip may be bent and not making contact. I press where the lock linkage enters the body so it stays level as…
