Manual macro lens with large aperture and "glow" at large aperture. A typical macro lens (like the Laowa 56mm) will work up to F2.8, but it's a very sharp 2x lens. The softness and glow of the lenses appear at wider apertures, especially against dark or high-contrast backgrounds, and some find them attractive.
