It's great for measuring and marking tools

Sturdy but expensive for what it is. I prefer my branded lots, which I can't find anymore, with a magnet on the back and notches on both sides.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Damaged

Save time and money

Shape trees are very useful and allow you to quickly and easily measure the contour. This is my second, more like a backup. There is a magnet on the back, which is convenient.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Wrinkled packaging

I recommend buffing the edges as the tool tends to.

This is a very handy tool for drawing straight lines on metal. I recommend buffing the edges as the tool tends to catch on the metal as it moves along the edge.

Pros
  • Hard Coat
Cons
  • Negative Present

Sheet Metal Working Tool

I bought this for personal use at work where I do a lot of sheet metal layout and design. I only gave this product 4 stars because the markings on the marker are difficult to read. You literally had to look very closely or tilt it from side to side to see the shot marker number. It would be nice if it came in black for better visibility.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

nifty little tool in Scribers

Nothing to say. Yes, you can make this tool yourself fairly easily, but for $7 I should have had a tool that would fit in a pocket or backpack without tearing it to shreds. at work i prefer to lay out with a fine marker, but my teaching school requires scratching for in-store projects (so here we are.) the product is accurate and i would not hesitate to buy again in the future

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Disappear

I wish I had had one of these in the last 30+ years

I wish I had had one of these in the last 30+ years. I came across this product while looking for something different. With over 30 years of experience in the engraving industry, I could have saved many hours making better, more precise cuts on brass plates if I had had this tool beforehand. Well now I have it and I enjoy that it is practical and very easy to use. Those who say the edges are rough and the labels are hard to read must wear glasses or gloves as the product I received has nothing…

Pros
  • Outstanding Overall Achievement
Cons
  • I have doubts
