So far, so good. I've just used it for the second time and it works well. I say this is the previous one I broke even before I connected it. It was such a bust. this is metal it's strong It allows you to rotate in any direction. I can also block it so it doesn't move. Both were a lot of fun. I will continue to use it. Let's see if it lasts. But it came quickly. It was greatly appreciated. Easy to use. Already assembled upon receipt. So no assembly is required. Can't wait to keep using this.

Good clip for custom size shelves. It conformed to my bathroom counter which is quite thick unlike the other model. Not sure about durability - it seems cheap and unreliable. For now though, it keeps the cork wig block in place well with the long wig. I have made a limited style with success. There was some movement, but it was minimal. This is a good buy if you are looking for an inexpensive clip to secure your wig heads.

When it's completely loose unscrew the part holding the head and there's a recess underneath. Put some rubber inside, like rubber bands or something like that. OR if you bought this to replace the cheap ones that break easily you can unscrew it and replace the threaded part with the cheap one as this part is really good and not that easy to unscrew.

This is a good product, pushes the Scys to a surface that gets very good use. My only issue is that the ball joint doesn't stay tight, if I rotate the dummy's head while it's on the clamp it loosens and falls off easily. I have to pay close attention to that every time. Plus, it's made of durable material and looks pretty good for the money. Would buy it again if I needed more.

I was very disappointed that it couldn't be mounted on one of my standard (laminate/formica) worktops! Of course, it was my own fault for not paying close attention to the specified size of the clamping hole. I swear the info says the hole was 1.5 inches, but it's actually only 1.2 inches. lol Of course all my countertops are over 1.5 inches thick. :/ I'm pretty sure the end of the clamp screw is glued on, so I can't take it off to match the thickness of my countertop. The clip that came with my daughter's mannequin head broke after a few uses so we bought this to replace. I was hoping for something great, but was a bit skeptical for the price. Technically it keeps what it promises. He keeps a mannequin head attached to the table for you to decorate his hair.
