Works very well for heating, cooling and air quality

It's beautiful; The master bedroom takes forever to warm up, but I also understand that the room has very high ceilings and is large. Control is the only thing that is pain; do not always turn off the device; Had to go straight there and turn off the main switch downstairs

I like this product. looks way. Spring. May be. It looks good. Rocks are dumb and we just ruled them out. The heat output is amazing! I turn it up quietly and we wake up drenched in sweat. And therein lies the problem. No sleep timer! We like to set it up, go to sleep and it turns itself off after about an hour. but no

Nice and cozy heater

I love the feeling of comfort and stylish look. It takes a few hours for the heat to really warm up my living/dining room, but once it starts it gets really hot! If you are using this in an open area I suggest closing as many doors as possible to concentrate the heat in the desired area until the room is fully heated.

Delivery defective! No replacement - hoping for a loan on my credit card?

This product was delivered defective. I have complained to the manufacturer but haven't received any results yet. I hope Revain credits my account with the full purchase price of $148.75 for this item! This item had a short circuit problem that almost overheated when I installed it on the wall. Now all I have left is an empty spot on the wall where the fireplace should have been. The manufacturer did not send me a replacement! 02/01/2021

Bad screws and instructions

The instructions are very difficult to follow and the screws they give you are rubbish and very easy to disassemble. Also, the screw bits they give you are way too big for the screws they give you and they don't even hold them in the wall when you use them. I ended up having to drill a big hole to put the screws in and then use one of my big screws to make sure it was secure. Basically a pain in the ass. Although the fireplace looks nice. I personally think the stones they give you are ugly and
