One of the two connectors just broke while riding, and only a thread of fabric held the bag to the strap. I was lucky enough to see it fall apart and I grabbed the wallet in my hand. If I hadn't noticed, I would have never known what happened and instead looked for the wallet because I'm sure it would have fallen off my neck. Would never buy this again. Please stay away from this product.

I used this during a recent break in Canada and it is superb. The problem with many other passport holders is that they 1) are not designed to be worn close to the body and 2) do not have separate compartments to hold your passport, international driver's license, and government-issued domestic driver's license. Very well made with adjustable neck strap. The purse also has many compartments with large zippers. While this makes security checks a bit more difficult, they are all RFID protected. Many shoulder bags only have one compartment that is secure for your passport. It keeps me organized and helps avoid losses. My wife and I bought two of these passport holders for a long trip abroad. My wife went bankrupt in less than a week without warning. The strap attachment didn't appear to be sewn to the suitcase properly, it came loose while walking through the airport. I've searched a lot on the internet for something to easily insert my passport in. Passport inspectors will always want you to remove the cover, which is a slow process when you've just left on an overnight flight. I like nice and simple passport/ID card holders. This case had many outstanding reviews. What I liked the most was the hidden ID window and the sturdy neck strap. I wanted another credit card slot that wasn't as deep.
