I used these clips to hang my outdoor camera. I was nervous about drilling holes in vinyl siding. So I gave them a chance. Wow! Ideal! It has withstood snow, ice, frost, strong winds and heavy rain. I also used Christmas twine clips to secure the wire. Ideal! No mess. Clean look. I'm so impressed! These clips are amazing. I wasn't sure if it would work when I did it. But it's been a few weeks and it's still perfect!

I have six of these clips that attach three of my Blink XT2 cameras. They were very easy to install under the edges of my fairing in perfect spots for the camera view I was looking for. I was very thankful for these clamps because they not only made assembly easier for me, but also allowed me to drill holes in the outside walls without having to! I recommend installing Blink fasteners partially on clips so once installed under the fairing all that is left is to tighten the screws in the clips.

At first I was concerned they might not hold up well as once installed they can easily pull themselves out of the side panel. My concern was unfounded as the addition of the camera mount results in the top edge of the mount holding the clips in place, resulting in what I believe to be a very strong mount. So they absolutely work when the camera mount is attached. I think they should work with other fasteners as long as the same principle applies with the top edge of the fastener laying over the
