It's easier to just tape my stamps in place.

Very disappointed with this purchase. It just isn't made the way it should be. Unfortunately, there are a number of separate magnets. If it was a single magnetic surface it would work great. But it pulls my stamps back and forth and it's easier to use tape to keep them steady over the long run. upset

  • Great price

ESSENTIAL FOR DIE-CUTTING

This is a great tool for holding your die-cutters in place and I don't think it helps that much when cutting panels. for precise chip placement, and sometimes smaller chips will "jump" to the next magnet. That means they tend to be attracted to the real magnets in the magnet mat. But I only use the tape method when necessary (that's not often necessary for what I do). I use it often and always will!

Almost perfect - punching and embossing

I am very happy with the shape. This greatly improves the ability to hold Framelites on the stamped image. However, it is not ideal. Because the cutting inserts are deformed, the dies often move, especially small ones. I still use masking tape to stick the stamp to the paper. Here's my time-saving tip: if the frame is for a flower and it looks more or less the same around all the edges, I paste the image onto the paper where I add a colored stripe with a marker at the bottom of the page to help

The investment is worth it!

I'm so glad I got this additional accessory for my BigKick. My BigKick came with an expanded multipurpose platform, but I struggled to keep my thin sheets in place while punching. I found this and it made my die cut so effective. The magnets hold the matrices in place well, but still allow me to adjust their position if needed. The only issue I have is that the smaller cubes tend to bounce to the nearest mane within the platform. That's fine though, I just let it jump and then move my paper to…

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAGNET MAT!

IF YOU WANT TO BUY A DIE, BUY A GOOD TOOL! THIS IS A GREAT TOOL! I bought this mat after trying the "cheep-o" method I found on U-Tube. I want to share my sad experience with you. Read on: Before I say anything about THIS product, I want you to know that I tried to make it cheaply the "homemade" way I learned about from a U-tube video. I bought an inexpensive ($5) magnetic vent lid, which I then double-coated with poster board-type material (about 2 coats of cereal box thickness). I still need…
