Really perfect! ะฒ Tester

I got the LCR reader about a year ago. I use it several times a week at a computer and cell phone repair shop. It helps a lot in locating faulty parts on the circuit board. This is especially useful when I need to fix a 0201 board with small components. It's easy to use and offers high measurement accuracy.

A little expensive but good quality.

It's a bit expensive for its features. The LED display is very nice and very well made, although not immediately intuitive. To be honest I ended up using my regular multimeter because I didn't have much time and I used what I knew. If I had the opportunity to "remake" I would buy one of these devices for $3050. Should the tweezers form factor prove to be an advantage, I would happily switch to these due to the display and compact design.

Nice but needs improvement.

I bought it to quickly determine the effective series resistance of electrolytic capacitors in obsolete electronic equipment. This allows me to repair and service test equipment that I bought from the aftermarket. He does it. A glaring problem is that left-handers cannot invert the display. The hardware is probably capable of this, but nobody thought of registering it in the software. So if I keep it like I usually do, I have to read the display upside down. Or I can use it with my right handโ€ฆ

Convenient and Affordable LCR/ESR Meter

A colleague recommended the Smart Tweezers line of LCR meters for PCB repairs. While the Smart Tweezers and LCR Reader are similar, they were quite different, so I decided to buy both devices and decide which one best suited my needs. Here are my findings: At first glance, both devices look the same. They are lightweight and compact, with a bright display and gold-plated tweezers. The only real difference between the two was that the Smart Tweezers have a larger button that moves like aโ€ฆ
