I LOVE THE DURABILITY OF THESE BLADES! THEY ARE EXTREMELY HARD BLADES AND WILL NOT RUST. KEY, THEY WORK LONGER THAN REGULAR KNIVES!

Blades work very well I don't think they are as sharp as hardened (black). The silver doesn't come off easily, which is good for me.
