Perfect Tool for Professional Stable Management!

According to my experience, this leather punch is a great addition to my horse stable supplies. It is durable and easy to use when creating straps for my horses. The quality is unbeatable and I appreciate the precision in the design. However, while it is a great tool for horse lovers, it may not be suitable for people who don't deal regularly with pet supplies.

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting punch for leatherworking
Cons
  • Requires considerable force to use, making it tiring for extended use

Great Tool: Tack Care & Storage

Works great just wish the whole set was cheaper Well four gone and only six left. If you want a tool for life, you pay the price, and there's a reason it's not $10 for a set. When I need a specific size, I just grab three of these sizes: round, English, and oblong so I eventually have a set.

Pros
  • Part of the only line of hand forged leather tools made in the United States
Cons
  • So-so

High quality good steel, symmetrical, sharp

Very pleased with this belt punch. It was quite sharp and I could easily pierce the skin of a 10oz frenulum. I'm sure if I spend a few minutes on a thin whetstone I can get it razor sharp and it'll glide even easier over the skin. It had a greasy coating applied to prevent rust and had no rust at all. I think these punches cost extra money compared to Japanese punches. I'm usually a fan of Japanese tools, but I find them to be the best for punching the ends of belts. For English spot kicks…

Pros
  • Made from special steel, hardened to the right degree to retain the cutting edge and also allow for easy sharpening if required
Cons
  • Available in white only
