Great for toddlers and adults. As a physical therapist, I use this for my own stability training as well as to challenge my toddler and improve his balance and agility. It's a lot of fun and equally challenging. The size is smaller which adds to the challenge when having to balance. So far I havent had to add air to them after months of regular use.

When you look up the prices of ninja type obstacles on Best Buy, you quickly go broke. Pro tip: think of another use for something that you want. ie: kids stepping stones = balance pods, balance beams = 2X4s, gym exercise mats = horse stall mats, etc

I am a heavyset person and tried these for balance and core strength. They are small circles but would work for lighter weight person. I am determined to loos weight so I believe they will come in handy.

These are such fun little balance pods! The kids and I make up obstacle courses using these and we also make up various games and challenges using these. The possibilities are endless, especially when you have a child’s creativity to help! (My kids are ages 8 and 11…but I think these would be enjoyed by younger elementary kids as well as older kids; I enjoy them myself! I find myself balancing on them and walking along them while taking phone calls.)

The kids love these bright colored things! Pump works but you'll take forever to blow up those things. I bought a cheap electric pump for them (about $10) and it works much better.

I love the balance pods! I think my students in the classroom will love them! Everything was fine. The only that was very disappointing about this order was that the hand pump was broken when it arrived via mail and I haven't even used it! The needle part was already broken :(. Is there a way to get this hand pump replaced?

Love these balance pods ! Only ones I found that includes a pump ! Challenges and improves balance. Enough to create an exercise pattern. Bumpy side is like a massage on your feet (with yoga socks on)

Well made, and good price point. Will need airing out for a few days to get rid of plastic smell. I use these for Myofascial Release to help with sore muscles and increase mobility. Information that comes with these is geared towards balance and workouts, but you can find videos on Youtube showing how to use them for sore muscles. We use these in Yoga class and everyone loves them.

Love these pods! We got our pods two days ago and the kids have not stopped playing with them. They line them up and make circles with them. Hours of fun! Not sure about durability, as several of them have been leaking air since the first night but I am grateful for the pump so they can refill them and continue with the fun.
