This spray is great for dry mouth caused by some medications I take. Before I got this I was drinking water constantly to get some relief and it didn't really help in the long run, it just led to lots of bathroom breaks. It makes my mouth more comfortable, the effects last for a while and freshens my breath. Biotene makes the best products. I bought this for my brother who is undergoing chemo. He needs this so his mouth doesn't get squeezed during treatment and cause painful ulcers. Chemistry is very bad! But he's fine, and we apply that to all his chemo. Fits perfectly in his pocket.
