Faulty item: Notebook accessories

Item tried on September 4th. My laptop won't charge. I tried another charger and it worked fine. Your charger is defective. They do not include a right of return. i want to return it

I'm not sure if this is actually compatible with my laptop as advertised. I've tried and gotten nowhere. I hope I haven't ruined another laptop because I definitely can't afford a new one!
