Turned out very well

Very happy that I was able to replace the drive in my old MacBook with this adapter. Perfect fit for mobo and the drive will be recognized and formatted without any problem. The only thing that worries me is that the riser didn't come off easily to screw in such a used band. Except that a problem is very happy.

Pros
  • Internal SSDs
Cons
  • I don't like it that much, it's ok

Works great on internal SSDs

Used on a 2017 MacBook Pro 13 that came with 128GB. Updated to 256 with hynix nvme and after almost a month of use I've had no problems. No rebooting, freezing, auto rebooting or sleeping issues. I'm glad I found a great and affordable way to upgrade my MacBook.

Cons
