have a box suitable for computers and accessories

In the automotive industry they say Friday is the end. In the case of faulty fit or workmanship or engine problems, the car is given this designation. That meant they were more interested in getting the car fixed and getting home early on the weekends. I'm pretty sure this was because the cars were mostly hand built, or in the 80's and 90's for every American made car. If this laptop was manufactured on a Friday, it should have been on New Year's Day, the day after Christmas or Thanksgiving. I…

Good laptop with temperature problems.

This is a beautiful laptop with a design that resembles the XPS in many ways. Physically, this block is assembled the same way but without all the aluminum. It offers the same ultra-clean looks and professional XPS design, but without the glare. It doesn't offer stability, however, as it uses a composite material that's fairly common in the industry. This means that the body of the laptop has some curves, but it appears that the monitor is reinforced with aluminum. The top of the laptop is also

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other models

PC runs fine for a few weeks, then the monitor goes black, lines go up and down and flash. This is the 2nd DELL of the same model this has happened to. I spent hours on the phone with Dell before they agreed to replace the laptop. Now I have to do it again. I will never buy a DELL again.

Pros
  • good so
Cons
  • sparse instructions

Competent laptop, a bit pricey, a very good tool when you need it.

I have had this car for about three weeks now. Okay, not thrilled, but okay. Dell makes a competent computer, the obvious effort to reduce cost and weight has resulted in the laptop being mostly plastic, but I expected that. I don't understand why Dell continues to use a connector that sticks out 3-4 inches from the block as opposed to Lenovo which is L shaped and doesn't take up space. Because of this, I had to replace the PSU on my 2010 Dell Inspiron. The CD/DVD looks cheap until I've used…

It's OK for basic work

I've only had my computer for a few days. Setup was pretty easy. I can't say this computer is fast, that's why I bought it. I haven't used it fully, just tried a few games, not real games that I know this computer isn't suitable for. It starts up slow which is odd because my 8 year older Dell Insperion starts up faster. I don't see the price of this computer being fair, I think it should be between $400 and $500. I think it's a bit overpriced but it will work with it and maybe come back and…

Great deal for non-gamers and streamers

Wife got this for Christmas and she loves it. Exchanged an old one for another make. The screen size is just right for vision problems. Nice touchpad and loves the included optical drive. Battery life can always be better on any portable device. would recommend.

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • Something's wrong

Check out this unique laptop first

This is my fourth Dell laptop and replaces the 15 inch Latitude E6540. Get ready, the 17 inch laptop screen is BIG! There is one problem though - I ordered Core i5 configurations and received Core i3. Revain pumps a new unit I should have in 3 days. I will write a full review after they bring it and set it up.

  • Nice
