Great laptop! for computers and tablets

Bought about a month ago, very satisfied. I like the big screen size and it's very fast even when I have a lot of programs open.

Incredible customer service. contact number. Immediate customer service. Very polite.

I called about my return status. Raul immediately issued a refund. He was polite and helped me to understand that the problem with my computer was not a defect but my fault for not entering the Windows 10 key code. I hesitated when Windows apps stopped working and sent the repaired computer return. If I had called I could have saved myself the hassle. THIS IS A VERY RESPECTIVE COMPANY AND I WILL BUY FROM YOU FIRST AT ANY OPPORTUNITY IN THE FUTURE! I fully support PrimeTimeBuys. Thank you Raul.

Looks brand new! works well with traditional laptops

Outdated hardware can sometimes fail. This unit was packaged well, had easy to follow instructions and looked fantastic. Exceeded my expectations. I will order more.

Fairly almost new

Bought for my wife. Arrived in 2 days. Everything was set up and placed on their table. Almost no signs of use. I don't think she even knows it's been renovated.

This is my second Dell E5570

I am very happy with the PC. I use the exact same model for work and bought an identical model for my wife to work from home during the Covid-19 quarantine.

A rocky start but a responsive seller got it right.

The first laptop the seller sent me (according to Windows) had no battery at all and no webcam shown in the photos in the listing. The second one they sent had a webcam and while it worked fine it had a faulty charger that blew out within a minute of plugging it in. However, the seller was friendly and accommodating and sent a new charger. Now I'm good to go and very happy with the laptop.
