Return my money! Disgusting product and poor quality.

I have been a fan of Logitech for over a decade, but today it is with sadness in my heart that I write this review, which I hope will dissuade many new buyers from buying this model, and possibly mice from this company. I myself also bought a mouse from another company for the first time today and am incredibly pleased with it.

    Pros
    • Holds a charge for a very long time. With good batteries, it lasts so long (at least a year) that you even forget that this mouse is wireless.
    Cons
    • In recent years, the quality of Logitech mice has fallen below the plinth, and especially with this mouse model. I have owned mice of this model for almost ten years. I always bought the M705 mouse to replace the old one when it broke down due to falls somewhere. If friends asked what kind of mouse they should buy, then I always advised them only this model. Even today I have a bunch of old mice lying around. And if earlier this mouse was the standard, then over the past three years it has become a complete disappointment: Firstly, the build quality has become simply terrible. Over the past three years, I have bought five M705 mice for myself and my relatives in different stores and literally everyone started double-clicking a year later (give or take). Moreover, I read the latest reviews on other models of this company, and realized that this problem began to appear in almost all Logitech assortment. Secondly, earlier in this model there was a large rubberized button under the thumb. It could be assigned, for example, a double click or another action. It was incredibly comfortable and one of the reasons why I loved this mouse so much. But in the latest revisions, Logitech just silently redesigned the mouse, removing this button, without changing the model name and without warning anyone. It's just that for many years there was a mouse with an additional button, and one day, having bought the same one, I found that the button is no more and never will be. However, the price has not changed. Cost reduction in person. Thirdly, the terrible quality of the rubberized surface under the thumb, which is quickly erased to the point where a hole appears, because of which you can even rub your finger.

    Revainrating 2 out of 5

Unsatisfactory quality, I won't buy it anymore.

Despite all the pluses, it lies idle for a longer time. Since all the desire to use it disappears when, when you try to simply move the mouse up, the cursor starts to sausage from side to side

    Pros
    • Lots of additional keys, long battery life, easy setup in the software, feeling of quality
    Cons
    • Terrible location of the sensor on the side. I’ve been using it for 5 years and still can’t get used to the fact that just with a slight turn of the mouse around the axis, the cursor goes to e @ yum. It is so inconvenient to keep the cursor that I use it only in the browser when absolutely necessary. For several years I was looking for a comfortable coating for it so that the cursor does not slip, as a result, the sensor grabbed only on a tattered rug, although they write that it will even work on glass (yeah, shazz)

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very high quality product, it's not the first time I bought it.

The model is very good, under the middle hand. The price tag as of 06202222 is more adequate than the rest, the quality is at the level. When buying in some stores give a guarantee for a year, pay attention to this.

    Pros
    • I thought for a long time whether to write a review or not, but after reading the local ones, I decided to tell about my experience. The mouse holds a charge for a very long time, I change the batteries once a year purely to make sure. Double clicks, inaccuracies, sticking and other things have not been noticed for 5 years of work.
    Cons
    • There is not

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very pleased with this purchase, will recommend it to everyone!

My old 705s (and there were three of them!) are lying in the back drawer for the same reason: over time, a double click appeared on the left button - apparently, a defect in the micro button itself inside. Since 2022, Logtitech, which has recognized this problem, has been releasing an ated version, where this defect is declared corrected. Hope so))

    Pros
    • The good old 705th Logitech) In the hand like a glove, the popular side buttons and, most importantly, a wonderful scroll wheel with free rotation and fixation for the traditional mode!
    Cons
    • Price, of course. But we all know who to say "thank you" for such exchange rates.

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

The item is very cool, it could be worse.

It was purchased in 2022 for use in tandem with a laptop while traveling, due to the location and operation of the sensor, it turned out to be more like a stick in the wheel than a faithful assistant.

    Pros
    • 1. Long battery life from standard "AA" batteries, very long. I still use the batteries supplied in the fall of 2022, and, according to software calculations, they will last for about a year and a half; 2. Compact - perfect for pairing with a laptop; 3. Sufficient number of buttons for normal control; 4. Own Unifying radio module, providing a stable connection between the mouse and the computer.
    Cons
    • 1. The location of the sensor is drug addict. It is inconvenient to use it outside a large and flat table, sometimes to the point of complete impossibility. This disadvantage almost completely eliminates its focus on mobile use; 2. The sensor itself is lousy, it does not work adequately on every surface, which further deprives this mouse of mobility; 3. Someone may not be satisfied with the need to use a separate radio module with a USB connection.

    Revainrating 2 out of 5

Poor product, the quality is below average.

I used to use the MX620 and was happy, but the left button began to fail. I bought a similar one, but it's not the same at all ! The protruding wheel mode switch button will piss you off instantly and forever, be afraid. Where is Logitech going? Why do they stop producing good mice and come up with all sorts of slag? Mystery.

    Pros
    • Logitech, give me an MX620 instead of the misery of the M705
    Cons
    • 1) Disgusting castrated new software. SetPoint was awesome but doesn't work with new mice. 2) For some reason, the wheel mode switch key is moved up, sticks out strongly and clings to the fingers. It is mechanical, it is impossible to set a function for it. 3) On the MX620, there was a small "Search" button at the top with the ability to configure functions. It was my favorite button in the browser (refresh), in the mail (check mail), in graphics programs. There is no button here at all. 4) Ergonomics for a deuce. The mouse is small and somewhat flattened or something. If you take it deep into the palm of your hand, your fingers will hang down from all sides and cling to the table. You have to use your fingertips, "pinch". 5) Very loud keys!

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

There are several shortcomings, in principle, it corresponds to the norm.

bought to replace the old m185. But it turned out to be less convenient. : After years it works, I got used to it. The reason for poor accuracy is the location of the sensor near the edge. Consider this when buying, if the previous mouse with a sensor in the middle or on the other side will take a long time to get used to.

    Pros
    • wheel - 2 modes fixed and kinetic
    Cons
    • mouse precision. It seems that it moves more slowly to the left than to the other sides. Very annoying

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best product I have ever reviewed, I recommend it to everyone!

A very decent mouse for everyday work. I have not used this model for so long, but I have already got used to it and enjoy it. Great option for this price.

    Pros
    • 1. Convenience - lies in the hand remarkably. Subjectively, of course. This mouse is a little plump, medium in size, so if the palm is large, the fingers are long, then it may be uncomfortable. I had an old 810 (I attach a photo for comparison) - a little longer and higher in terms of convenience. 2. Ergonomics - I got used to the location of the buttons quickly, pressing is comfortable, their number (7) is enough for me in excess, the wheel, as always, is clickable and swivel (left-right). 3. The quality of the materials is on top, everything is tactilely pleasant. 4. I use 2 batteries (they promise to last a long time). 5. A single and convenient USB receiver - I also have a Logi keyboard, all through one port. 6. Price. Yes, I took it with a small discount, it turned out to be less than 2 I was ready to take more expensive, but this one somehow stuck)
    Cons
    • 1. The model is no longer new and a resolution of 1000dpi may not be enough. I have a 27" monitor with a resolution of 4K and sometimes I obviously want to have more. But so far it's not critical. 2. Speed . sometimes there are still small, micro delays. But this feature is inherent in many wireless rodents. Rather, not a minus, but simply the fact that the mouse is not gaming. And for graphics - there is also a trackball (as an addition or alternative).

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best thing I have ever used, highly recommended!

the mouse is very convenient, what they write about the laser located next to the little finger didn’t feel much difference, maybe for gamers who don’t get out with K. S. and it’s not convenient to shoot exactly at the head, but for all other games and work it’s just great

As for the accuracy of the "hit", we are not even talking about working in Photoshop or Illustrator - the simplest surfing causes irritation. Its pros: Material quality is good Unexpectedly convenient thumb button (set the middle mouse button to it) Different cons: Off-center laser. It's just trouble. Tried to get used to it for a week, but alas. Disabled acceleration, deleted Logitech's Setpoint - it's useless. It is problematic to return it - it is packed in a blister and in order to get to…

in general, a mouse that does not stand out against the background of competitors with a poorly functioning scroll. not what you expect from logitech Got pros: Comfortable in the hand, materials are pleasant to the touch Its cons: free scroll wheel mode works terribly bad. when you turn in one direction after the wheel has calmed down, the wheel independently oscillates in the opposite direction, it is not large, but it shifts the screen several lines in the opposite direction

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Exactly as promised by the manufacturer, high quality.

In general, my hand is healthy, but the mouse is still ergonomic, I put my palm and it’s nice, the wheel is very smooth. Doesn't growl, doesn't growl. Some pros: The mouse is excellent, I really like it, I used budget ones before, and this mouse is like a foreign car! Its cons: The price is probably only, in the current realities, it’s already “norms”, as it were, but no.

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

Quite good, but I expected more from it.

After using the mouse for half a year, something happened to the board. There was a current leakage . The battery is discharged in 3 days (I operate with one battery). The warranty has been lost. Official logitech representatives do not carry out repairs in 2022 ((

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good product, good quality, not bad.

about the placement of the sensor (in the center or on the side, like here) did not notice a difference in use. there is an analogue bundled with the Wireless Desktop MK710 keyboard Its pros: convenient both in games and in the editor and when surfing the Internet, for almost 4 years of use only 2 sets of batteries (the one that was when buying and bought another one and a half years ago) Different cons: price, quick failure of the microswitch of the left key (many clicks from one press)…

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    Excellent product, the best quality.

Surprised by the large number of negative reviews about this mouse. I think they are all a bit contrived. I don't use a mouse pad, but the mouse works great. Got pros: Excellent ergonomics, fits perfectly in the hand. Quality and great Logitech service. I don't need anything else :). Its cons: It is worth mentioning the non-standard location of the laser close to the edge, which is a bit unusual. Well, everything, perhaps.

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

    Overall good, but expected more.

The mouse has a rather useless button on top for me to change the rotation of the central wheel from stepping to inertial mode, but maybe someone needs it. Has some pros: Comfortable, ergonomic, pleasant to hold and work with. They write that it is long-playing - I wanted to check it . Cons: I returned it back to the store the next day: the left and right buttons were pressed just awful, especially the left one. Hence the assessment. Maybe I was unlucky, but I did not order another one for…

    Revainrating 2 out of 5

    Unsatisfactory, upset with this product.

I thought about buying the Performans MX, but I accidentally got the old 620, you can’t imagine - it flies . For those who constantly use the rug, it will definitely suit. Has some pros: Convenient form. Works for a long time. High quality materials. Cons below: It works disgustingly on problem surfaces. It so happened that the table was covered with a designer matte film with sparkles, the mouse refused to work. On the surface of the table (usually finished with wood-like vinyl) it jerks and…

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

The product is really good, I'm glad I bought it.

This is the third mouse I've used. At the same time, two have already had to replace the buttons. The rest continues to please. The quality of rubber in more recent revisions has also improved - they do not wear out so quickly Has some pros: Batteries last for a very long time. Lies perfectly in the hand. Has some cons: Too noisy button clicks. In the second year of use, the rubberized parts of the case began to crack and fall apart.

You get used to convenient quickly, I had to buy it for all computers. I don’t understand how I used to use mice without useful buns Got pros: Works on a glass table. Fast scroll feature. There is a chance that the spare batteries will turn sour when the main ones in the mouse sit down Different cons: The left key does not last long. To repair, the motor skills of the fingers must be well developed.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    Perfect product for any user!

For the office - ideal: comfortable, ergonomic, without unnecessary wires, which are not needed on the office table. For games - you need to get used to. Because the laser is on the side, movements in games can be blurry. Different pros: Ergonomic, lots of extras buttons, nice scroll wheel, reliable wireless interface Has some cons: not suitable for large hands, the laser is not in the center but on the side
