Right price Right size

I love that this surge protector is only the size of a 50A plug. I leave a surge protector on the shore plug (cable) and protect it with a rag when unplugging or pulling in the cable. Both the plug and the line filter are fed through a hole in the bottom of the basement bucket.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • I am writing back

Save your money: Surge Protector

If you don't reset this surge protector it won't work anymore... I've only been using it for a few weeks and the green light doesn't come on anymore

Pros
  • Surge Filter
Cons
  • There are defects

I think it works well for surge protector

I bought this because we are both cheap. Use this on a '91 RV that lacks some of the more sophisticated electronics of its more modern counterparts... I didn't want to spend a ton of money on a fancy surge protector so I took a chance. It has only one indicator light and is relatively small. I can't tell you if it works and I hope I never really will. But when I plug it in and see the green light, I feel good enough to quit camping.
