no monkey hooks on hardware

I bought these instead of monkey hooks because of the 80lb weight limit. I am very disappointed in these compared to them. I have to pre-drill the holes because I can't get them through drywall. One day I realized that the hook design ended up making it really impossible to hang anything flush with the wall. I'm not sure how to hang the shelf like in the description. When I pulled down to check the weight they actually started sliding out of the wall. not the quality I got from a competitor.

Pros
  • solid construction
Cons
  • have nuances

I used similar hooks.

I have used similar hooks before and they are almost the same. They are extremely easy to use and fast. stop it men If you don't have them, you must. Why? Because hanging pictures is one of the most tedious activities that tests our patience. Once the location is agreed, there are absolutely no anchors or special tools (not even a screwdriver or hammer). Just plug in the hook, damn it, hope you're not on a bobby pin, and thread the hook through. it's.BAM! Now you no longer have to worry aboutโ€ฆ

  • Acceptable

Super Hook

I found it easier than expected to push the pointed end through the drywall and position the hook. I tried to hammer in 60 pound hooks but when I hung my large 2 foot wall clock the hooks pulled out and the clock fell off. The Super Hook is rated at 80 pounds and holds the watch securely in place. The curved design allows the weight of the clock to push the hook more against the wall from behind. This is a simple and effective design. The ad says the Super Hook will work with panels, but Iโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy Installation
Cons
  • Slightly Crumpled

Stronger than I thought

At first I was skeptical how this little hook would hold the mirror on the wall. I was pleasantly surprised that he did the job as described. It's perfect for apartment dwellers or homeowners who don't want to drive nails into drywall (we all know how bad that ends up) and want to hang heavy picture frames. I suggest buying two boxes as you will run out once you realize how useful these hooks are. I hung a 13 pound square mirror with three hooks and it's stronger on drywall than other methodsโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Very expensive

Easy-to-use, durable hooks for mirrors and picture frames

I bought this product hoping to find an easier way to hang a mirror and some pictures on the wall. I was very skeptical about this product but I am happy to report that it actually worked as described. Simply push the hook into the wall, rotate until it clicks into place, and rotate up until you only see the hook. As described in the instructions, it only works on wood and drywall. They will not work on stone or plaster walls. The heaviest thing I've hung on this hook is a 20+ pound, 5ft tallโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Disappear
