Great monitor - my new review

I love this monitor - it's perfect for creating graphics as it doesn't have "widescreen" distortion. I would buy this monitor again and recommend it.

Now obsolete, still a great monitor

The frames are big, the resolution isn't "good", but the colors stand out for the contrast. I would highly recommend this monitor other than the two points above. The monitor has been working for several years without any complaints.

with plenty of vertical space that's great for working with text pages

A very high quality, old school monitor with plenty of vertical space, ideal for working with text pages. I still have my old Viewsonic 1024x768 which just refuses to die. Now it's in the box because I just can't throw away a perfectly working device. Since I bought it 10 years ago I've tried LG, ASUS, Sony and Dell. ViewSonic just keeps going. Buy before they're gone forever - everything made today is for movies, not work.

The display works perfectly - I'm glad about it

The monitor works perfectly. Only 3 stars because according to the ad the condition was very good. I wouldn't call it very good condition. I spent quite a bit of time cleaning the screen and couldn't get rid of all the marks and debris on it. The shipping packaging wasn't the best either - just styrofoam nuts in a box. I had to get pieces of foam out of the monitor's cooling vents and was very surprised that the display didn't get damaged in transit as it was mostly floating around in the box…

ViewSonic LCD monitor

I gave this monitor to my wife for Christmas. Setup was easy. A huge improvement over my old CRT monitor. The vibrant colors and 17 inch screen are fantastic. At boot it tries to force her to reset the resolution to the highest setting, which she doesn't like. But. it could be a configuration problem. Delivery was quick and Revain arrived as usual. I have full confidence when ordering through them. A great product so far.

It's not the best monitor you can find, but I bought it refurbished for $60. So far everything is great with no problems. i really like it

Viewsonic VA703b 17 " LCD monitor

Used for less than 3 years then had to be replaced under manufacturer warranty. I liked the first 2 years. That's my feedback.
