Small in width and quite easy to crumble. The length is probably as advertised but of course they're not big chunks and considering how they crumble before the brewing process even starts there probably won't be many left.

I wanted small pieces to grow Java Ferns, Anubias, and Moss for a 10 gallon shrimp tank. This is the perfect size. Please soak it in a separate container for a few weeks before putting it in the aquarium. Once it's submerged in water and stops releasing tannins into the water, it's safe to use.

good value for money. These are 3 pieces of high quality wood. And expected to be small. So not that bad, but only 1 arrived very small. I wish all 3 were about the same size or close. My only major downside is a tiny piece.

My pieces came at random, about the length listed. Suitable for my little corn snake's home. But to make sure it was safe, I had to cook it for about eight hours before all the tannins vanished from it. I'm not saying you'll love every detail, they're actually random pieces of driftwood. With a little imagination, you can make things you don't like work in your aquariums.

I was a bit disappointed that I ordered aquarium driftwood in bulk and only received 1 slightly larger and 2 small, although one even went into a 1.5 gallon aquarium fit. Two of them had no form at all. Just a harsh world of wood. I expect it to be a little different than the picture, but not that much! So no, I didn't like this product at all. I only put two beginnings because I end up using one of the firewoods.
