If you need to wear a mask for a long time, this can come in handy. This makes wearing the mask easier as I have room to talk and my nose doesn't get pinched.

This is awesome just put the mask in the mask. I personally pinned mine with a protective handle to keep it in place. With so many places requiring masks today, this was God's message to me. I always felt like I couldn't breathe with something like that on my face. This makes it much more convenient. I also find that another benefit is that the fabric of the mask is kept away from your skin so it doesn't constantly rub.
