To be fair it holds items in every slot and I love the extra hooks. What's wrong, it's really only good for brooms, mops (swiffers) and small household appliances. We wanted to organize all of our floor cleaning tools. It cannot accommodate Shark's small mop nor Shark's lightweight vacuum cleaner. This is not because of the weight, but because of the size of the battery, water tray, etc. around the machine. These items just can't snap into the organizer because they're too bulky on one end…

I ordered 2 of these organizers for my garage. I love the ease of use of this organizer. Due to the gravity of the structure, your items will be kept away from the wall. You can hang a wet mop without worrying about damaging the drywall. Hooks are a big plus. The installation instructions were bad. A professional could put it without problems. I am not that person. Let me start by saying that this is probably the best and most random purchase of the year. I've always had a problem with the side of my fridge being cluttered with these items. My wife scolded me once after killing a bug and putting the fly swatter back in the corner, forcing me to find a solution. I sat down and was surprised to see my precise imagination displayed in an accessible way. As mentioned, this is an incredible design with impeccable execution of the escapement. My only complaint.
