I take two of these (2500mg) and 1000mg of Acetyl-L-Carnitine per day. I can definitely see an increase in sex drive. There are some studies showing that this combination works for this. The product arrived on time but when I opened the bottle I noticed that the capsules were all in yellow powder that should have been inside. I found a capsule that burst and the powder spilled onto the rest of the pills. There was no moisture absorption in the bottle so the moisture built up and caused the powder to stick to all the other pills.
