I take two of these (2500mg) and 1000mg of Acetyl-L-Carnitine per day. I can definitely see an increase in sex drive. There are some studies showing that this combination works for this. I'm 50 years old and I train mostly with weights, I didn't notice any difference (training/lifting weights etc.) but that's not why I bought it anyway. Just mentioning my personal experience in this area in case someone buys for training. I've been using it for about 3 weeks and it works the way I wanted it to.
