Very disappointed that I get a slow charging message every time I use this charger. You definitely wouldn't have expected that from today's devices. It does what it's supposed to do, but it's definitely not what I would expect from a charger on the market today.

I have had some Fitbit for over five years now and only discovered this charger a few months ago. Instead of my watch lying on its side with an unreliable connection to the charger that can be lost at any time, this charging stand allows the watch to rest safely while charging. Besides, it looks nicer.

I left my Fitbit charger at home on vacation so I ordered one just in case. I love the design and the way they hold the watch, but when I use them my Fitbit gives me a slow charging warning. fees, only longer. It's been great in a pinch and it's good to have a backup, but I won't be using it as a main charger.

Product works exactly as intended, even fast charging my Versa 3 with Samsung Quick Charge Adapter (QC 3.0). The watch doesn't get hot as others have reported, although I never let it charge for more than 30-45 minutes (not necessary as the charge goes from 15% to 100% during that time). Definitely recommend this product.

It charges slower than the charger that came with my Sense but I like the fact I can still see the watch face. It's sturdy and feels well made and solid. I can also use it as a stand for my phone and have my hands free when watching craft tutorial videos. This is a really handy little stand. It's smaller than I expected but serves its purpose perfectly. I would definitely buy another one.

I did a test. 30 minute test. My watch only has 9% charge left. Connected this charger. After 30 minutes of charging, an increase from just 2% to 11%. Connected to my Fitbit charger. After 30 minutes, the watch was 22% charged. I disassembled the inside of this charger and there are only 4 wires from the pins straight to the USB connector. There is no intermediate circuit to increase the charging voltage. Hence the very very slow loading. Breaking down a thought wasn't that easy! It's garbage!

***Update: This little charger works fast! I had about 50%. I put it on while packing my things to go. It was 90% when I took it off to leave the house. Literally minutes. *** When my charger went bad for my senses I saw that. I like that this is a stand. The only downside is making sure your USB output is adequate. I have 2 USB extenders. You're not strong enough to charge it. There is another. I wish it had a light or something to let you know it's charging.

After reading some comments from other users and having the product in hand. Decided it was best to go back. Here are my reasons: 1. I tried to charge the watch but it doesn't match the device. This is obviously a problem as it is necessary to provide proper charging contacts.2. When I got tired of charging, the watch restarted, which was strange. I needed a watch holder for my new Fitbit because I needed a dedicated place for it when charging, so I chose this item. It does everything it says in the description and to me it's a really cool concept for a Fitbit watch. Just plug it in and choose a little spot to display it and you're done. I appreciate how I can look at it while it's charging and see it charging and at the same time be able to interact with it and also see the time.
