After reading some comments from other users and having the product in hand. Decided it was best to go back. Here are my reasons: 1. I tried to charge the watch but it doesn't match the device. This is obviously a problem as it is necessary to provide proper charging contacts.2. When I got tired of charging, the watch restarted, which was strange. Customer support seemed non-existent, there were many recent 1-star reviews with no feedback from the company. Particularly disturbing is the guy who says the device didn't have a chip, just a wire soldered to the device and the woman who had her own melted.
