TO UPDATE. Customer Service has performed a full review of this product.

When I took it out of the box it was clicking/humming horribly at levels 4 and 5. Watch the video to see what I mean. I've looked for obstacles several times and there weren't any, the fan is just broken. UPDATE 10/17 Contacted support and replaced item for free. The new one works great with 0 problems. Thank you for reaching out and doing it right!

Whisper of silence, clean air

I've been looking for an air purifier for a long time. I've bought small ones and have been consistently disappointed. This one didn't disappoint. In automatic mode, you don't even notice whether the device is so quiet. At higher levels it sounds like a fan and only air movement can be heard. Breathing in our house has become much easier. Smells no longer linger. This came in very handy with a recent home renovation. Made the air clean.

great customer service

This is an update of my previous review. Customer service is really great. They read my review, contacted us and offered to replace the air purifier, which was a bit noisy and wobbly. They told us they fixed the issues and as far as we can tell the issues are fixed. The new cleaner works very well. Doesn't make any noise or wobble. The company has said it learns from all reviews and tries to fix issues accordingly. We trust them to fix any problems and they gave us an extended warranty, very…

As cheap as they come.

Upgrade from 2 to 1 star in a few months. Both devices work just as badly as before. The seller got in touch and asked me to run some tests. First, they failed the tests. Second, these are very lame tests. I was asked to set something on fire and stay just behind the department and watch the numbers grow. Sorry, but if that's the only way to increase the number, then this thing sucks. They will never clean as many square feet as they say. They are cheap. I bought two to test with each other and

BUY for heating, cooling and air quality

**Updated September 29, 2021** Withdrawal: The seller made contact and understood the situation very well. After some communication and another delivery I was finally able to get a working product and use it. This time there were no problems, the product works very well. It does a great job of circulating air and cleaning up any lingering odors. I even started sleeping better at night. I'm inclined to buy another one for the top floor of the house, but I'll wait another month or so to make sure

LIGHT BUT DOES A GOOD WORK!

Excellent air purifier. It has so many features for such a price. 1) Features include an easily replaceable twist-lock air filter on the bottom of the air purifier 2) UV light to disinfect all air that passes through the air purifier 3) Automatic feature that increases airflow rate based on air quality 4) Green air quality indicator = Good Yellow = Moderate Red = Bad 5) Ultra-fast turbine fan that moves a large amount of air quickly 6) 6-speed fan. 5 actual speeds and a night mode that is ULTRA
