Simply lay out the carpet after mopping. Our large dog (who loves to lie in the mud) walked in, walked across the carpet and NO paw prints on the floor. Hooray! Not sure about durability and washing methods yet.

Shop more! My unrestrained dog loves it and often pees on it. It's been washed almost twice a week since I've had it, and it's so thick and well made I have no doubt it will last! Too bad it didn't come in a larger size!

This is a beautiful rug. It's a beautiful gray color with a slight chocolate undertone. It does a great job of capturing everything that comes in the front door from my kids and dog. Shows no dirt. I was very happy with it. I've had it for about two months now.

I only give four stars because I can't run my vacuum cleaner over it without jamming the vacuum cleaner. It's quite large and hard for me to shake out regularly, but I love that most wet "things" get in as soon as my dog goes through the dog door. Michigan "Spring" has a lot of unwanted wet dirt in the air and this rug really helps! 🐾

I am very happy with this product. I bought three to put in front of different doors in my house where they enter from the outside. The mat perfectly absorbs moisture and perfectly cleans feet when wet. Dirt, of course, requires extra cleaning of the paws, but this carpet acts as a buffer so they don't pursue him around the house. I recommend this product.

I like this rug. It's super absorbent, comfortable underfoot and attractive. I have it in my entryway and my golden retriever loves to lay on it while we dry him off after the walk outside. The rubberized backing prevents slipping and is easy to clean. Will definitely buy again and highly recommend. We also use it in the bathroom when we bathe her. It absorbs all the water as it comes out of the tub so the floor doesn't get wet.

I have two medium sized dogs that enjoy playing ball and running around the garden. As you understand, they return to the house with dirty paws. This carpet is big enough that they have to walk on it to come back. With smaller mats, they can walk around or barely step on them. Chenille fibers help absorb water and dirt.
