Fun, easy to learn, compact.

One of our favorite games. Easy enough for kids to learn, but hard enough for adults. Although it looks like Uno, it's not. This game is more of a solitaire in a group format. The only thing I would say is that initially we didn't understand how to play this game. After watching a few videos on YouTube, everything became very easy. Because it's a compact deck, it's great for taking with you on the go. Doesn't take up much closet space like a board game. A plus for us as we have a lot of games!

  • Featured
Cons
  • Lots of Stuff

Great for homeschooling!

This is an amazing addition to our games collection! We have over 25 board and card games to complement our homeschooling efforts. This one was recommended by a friend whose kids love this game. My son is 6 and this is a great way to practice counting! I still help him out a lot in the game in general, but he asks for it a lot, and it's especially nice that the odd lost card doesn't affect the game that much. I would highly recommend it to any family, but especially to families using the gameโ€ฆ

  • Decent performance

Because of the snowstorm.

We took my daughter to her first concert in February 2019. We drove 5 hours (it took us 2) in the worst snow storm I have ever been in. Much to our amazement, the concert went well, but we stayed one more night in our hotel because of a storm. We ran for supplies at Target, which was next door to our hotel, and I took that game. We were able to learn it quickly and played it for hours during this trip. My daughter recently went on a trip with her grandparents and we bought her this extra deckโ€ฆ

Not bad, but if you've got rancor and rancor, SkipBo is this one.

Received as a gift for Christmas. I'm not sure which game came first: SkipBo or Spite and Malice, but it looks like a Spite and Malice rip-off but without much fun. It's still pretty fun and easier to play than Rancor and Rancor, but I just feel like it's missing something. Liked the packaging. Inside the box is a cardboard tray that prevents the cards from slipping through the slots. Why is there a "Travelโ€ rating category here? Sure, it's easy to pick up and play once you arrive at yourโ€ฆ

Hours of fun

I had to add more cards to the set as my wife and I play big stacks to get rid of them. i love this game I find it more fun when we play together as you can really bond it to the other person. When an 11 year old plays with my wife she tries to stop me from winning like I usually win because it cuts my throat. They don't care if they're stacks as long as it bothers mine. This is my favorite game out of all the games we play. Each game is different from the previous one. The moment you turn over

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • So far so good

Exciting game! (But fun!)

We played it every night (husband and I). We only deal 20 cards (plus 5) and play 3 games a night to earn points. So he wins most games. But if I can win TWO GAMES in one night, I'm dying of excitement. (Mostly doesn't happen. Maybe once or twice. Rarely. When I win ONE game I'm very happy. THIS IS ALL A CHALLENGE I MUST ASK FOR A GAME EVERY NIGHT! MY DAY WILL COME!) They're not really Bible printing monks. although it is a simple game in concept. BUT I keep encountering difficulties. Am Iโ€ฆ

Funny game! But the Skip-Bo card looks confusing

We LOVE Skip-Bo at our house. It's really fun and easy, plus it's customizable. Almost any number of people can play. Why are two stars missing? Because this is a new version and the map appearance is confusing. I don't know why they changed the backs of the cards from the classic look, but the backs of the cards (where everyone says "Skip-Bo") are remarkably similar to the front of the "Skip-Bo" wild card. If you look at the picture, you can see that the card under "12" is the "Skip-Bo" wildโ€ฆ
