Outdoor Playshoes: Striped Rubber Beach Shoes for Toddler Boys Review

I had read on a website that the Aqua Socks are also suitable as a replacement for barefoot shoes, so I ordered them. My child, almost 13 months, is starting to walk slowly and I wanted something with a reinforced sole for outside, but no sturdy shoes yet. Measured the foot and researched an exact scale for the Aqua Socks. That was a good thing, because 12cm feet usually correspond to approx. 20, but here you only need 18/19, even the smallest size. They then fit well, but now comes the BUT…

Brought it for my son to play in the garden and it fits perfectly and I love it. My son likes to play in the pool and the solarium in the garden is very convenient

The rubber part at the bottom is totally bent, if you put them on the little feet the toes bend. I tried to bend the hard rubber with weights but didn't work

We weren't thrilled with the socks. They quickly had a hole in the fabric and they were very rigid. I then bought my daughter expensive "sock shoes" that are worlds better and more comfortable, but also a lot more expensive. Here I would say, however, rather pay more and then wear it.

The idea in and of itself is great. Wallpaper is the processing really poor. Our son wore them for 1 week, yes, the first sock is starting to come off the sole. 3 days later the other sock was ready.

Perfect for us because my son doesn't use them for swimming but for the garden. They are also at least one size larger than his normal shoes. But he grows up.

The material is not stable enough, so the socks keep slipping and that annoys every good! Good idea, badly implemented.

After a week the glue on the tip of the foot started to loosen and after less than 2 months the shoes were unusable. Stretch out quickly!

We have now bought these bathing shoes for the second time because we simply like them. They fit as expected and don't slip off the foot. Even on the sand, my son didn't find them annoying or scratchy. He hasn't slipped with them in the pool either.

I had hoped that this state would change with use. My son doesn't want to put them on anymore though, as the curvature understandably makes them uncomfortable. Absolutely no purchase recommendation. these shoes really are a great invention. Unfortunately, the bonding of the product is so poor that the sock detaches from the sole in no time at all and you quickly have only one sole that is useless for anything and one sock that is useless for anything. You have two things, but a working thing would be better.
