Silicone Mouth Guard Teeth Grinding Review

Bought for a family member. Trimming was necessary and it's a bit hectic to get the right shape, no instructions were given so we did the hot water bath we used for the previous protection. It seems to hold up well enough for a few months.

Got translucent mouthguard; not light blue. I cooked the kappa for about a minute. I became flexible and didn't feel hot. I shaped it down to the bottom teeth. It keeps me from grinding my teeth. This product is just as good as those sold in retail stores. And the price is worth buying. No gagging and I can close my mouth.

I grind my teeth in my sleep. I never thought I'd be able to sleep with something in my mouth because my fiancé recommended I get some sort of mouthguard. Looking at this picture it looked like a soft and sticky lie so I figured it would be almost chewy in the mouth. The case is handy because it's included, but the shield itself is hard, big, and just plain uncomfortable. I was expecting it to be tough but to be honest it feels like hard plastic and I thought it couldn't be any better.
