Not at all comfortable in my moth
I grind my teeth in my sleep. I never thought I'd be able to sleep with something in my mouth because my fiancé recommended I get some sort of mouthguard. Looking at this picture it looked like a soft and sticky lie so I figured it would be almost chewy in the mouth. The case is handy because it's included, but the shield itself is hard, big, and just plain uncomfortable. I was expecting it to be tough but to be honest it feels like hard plastic and I thought it couldn't be any better.
