Not suitable for crafts

From the first batch I bought all but one of the towels were flat. There are two terrible sides to this game. I am buying these towels for my business and cannot use them. waste of my money. If you are looking for something for your kitchen, this will work. For gifts or crafts, terrible.

Can be gift wrapped

I use these towels as gift wrapping (with twine) for kitchen or grocery gifts. Sometimes a package is worth more than a gift! I also use these towels to cover the vapor hole on the IPot while I'm releasing steam. Of course, they are also great kitchen towels. (and warm bread).

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Expensive

Multipurpose Flour Bag Towels

I have never used a "flour bag" as a kitchen towel. I actually bought them to use as cheesecloth to strain the homemade yogurt I make in the Instant Pot. However, since there were 12 towels in the pack, I decided to try one of these as a real kitchen towel. I'm sold! These things might not be pretty, but they're great to use and great for drying dishes. I think I can use my "other" nice towels when company comes and they will always look brand new if I don't use them every day. So now they are…

Huge size variation

These towels are very white and have a constantly crumpled look, which is clearly the manufacturer's intention. The hem is decent, at least they are flat/pressed and not twisted like some others. My big gripe with them is the sizing. I measured 25 to 31 inches in this package. They're rectangular or square, not oddly shaped, but I'm trying to put together sets of towels that are the same size for embroidery and this option presents a big challenge. I must have spent over an hour trying to find…

Totally damaged

This is my second time ordering. When I liked them for the first time, I gave a great review and was so happy. All were uniform and of great thickness (I embroider on them). Came back to order more and they were $1 more for a dozen. Because I was so happy with my first purchase, it was worth that extra dollar and I've ordered 5 dozen more. Which switch. Of the 72 towels I'd say maybe 20 of them were perfectly square, another 30 could be used, but 22 of them were complete rubbish. They were…

mediocre absorbency

I should have paid more attention to the photos and some reviews but overall the product seems to be a pleasure. The fabric has a crumpled finish that remains wash after wash. Not critical, but personally I would prefer a flatter weave. I purposely washed them in hot water because that's what I use to wash all my kitchen towels. Wash warm according to label. As a result, a 28" x 28" square became a 28" x 27" rectangle. I was expecting shrinkage, and again not a big deal as these are kitchen…

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • I don't really like anything, everything is fine

If you buy it you will not regret it!

Absorbent? yes very absorbent! Light? very very light !Multifunctional? Definitive! I use them for: cleaning (just cut in half or quarters and use for dusting, polishing, washing dishes etc), drying dishes, drying hands, drying carpet, removing stains, easy to clean and sanitize. NOT expensive like other brands so if something is very damaged or stains can't be removed I can throw it away without any guilt :-) They are made from cotton which is much more eco-friendly than microfiber towels…

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Low maintenance

I love these kitchen towels!

These are my favorite kitchen towels. Of course I have other kitchen towels - terry cloth, thicker flour sacks, smaller ones in more traditional sizes, nice, cute, plaid, seasonal. you have the idea You might even have a collection like mine. But this is my favorite because of CONVENIENCE. They absorb moisture well, are comfortable to handle and impress (in my opinion) with their iconic simplicity. Although I usually let my dishes air dry, they do the job better and faster than other kitchen…
