The platform has helped us understand our customer's needs from their engagement with our content via social media channels.

We are able to identify new prospects that resonate well with our product/service offering as well as engage with them through our social accounts. There was no software that we used before Social Rep that enabled us to do this, it is very powerful! We would like to see more analytical tools available for use within the platform. We are utilizing Social Rep to help improve our digital strategy by analyzing our content and optimizing our social posts.
