I like that it's a fully functioning bussiness system that has almost everything a bakery needs. The interface is also very simple and intuitive. The features are also relatively up to date and easy to find the use for. There are also a couple of add-on's that are fairly inexpensive but also good (e.g. inventory management. I really do not have any cons. It's very helpful in keeping track of daily business activities and it also has the option for you to have reports ready for when you need them. I highly recommend this program. It keeps track of day to day business events very well and also gives you the option to print out any kind of document that you need. It also gives you the ability to track inventory with ease. It's much more efficient than using a paper system. The tool is very user friendly, easy to navigate and can be used offline as well. The tool doesn't have any inbuilt CRM or ERP integration but it has an API which can be integrated with other tools. It is a good tool to manage bakery orders. I am managing my bakery ordering process with this tool. The tool provides me all the information related to the orders that are placed by customers.
