I have trouble sleeping. Anxiety, stress, headaches, etc. are usually common reasons why I have trouble getting enough sleep. As a result, I became addicted to a variety of sleep aids, from melatonin supplements and chamomile tea to more drastic measures. However, with everything that has happened lately, I felt the need to add something different. Music to calm my nerves and drown out the thoughts in my head. Luckily this headband helped. I like thin speakers and yet the sound isn't subtle. I can well imagine using this headband to listen to music whenever I want. More importantly, the speaker must be as thin as possible, since the sleeping person is lying sideways. With my memory foam pillow, I don't feel the speaker at all. The fabric is light and breathable so I don't wake up in the morning with a sweaty forehead. I have a small head but the bandage stayed in place all night and even withstood my movements in the middle of the night. I also love that it charges so quickly and basically lasts all night. However, there are a few things that still bother me, but aren't enough to earn a full star. There is a light blue LED that will pulse when the bracelet is on. This bothered both my wife and I, but we were able to solve the problem by covering the light with a small piece of black tape. While I understand the need for an indicator light, the bright pulsing light doesn't seem to make it possible to wear it while sleeping. The volume also jumps unevenly when using the buttons on the strap, rather than gradually changing with each press. I solved it by simply adjusting the volume directly on my phone, but it was a weird problem. The noise cancellation isn't the best, but I prefer it when I'm sleeping so I can still be aware of my surroundings. like when one of our cats accidentally knocks over a vase. All in all, this group is great. Time will tell if it goes on but I have high hopes for him.
