I liked the fact that it allowed us to customize the system to better fit our needs. It was easy to set up and use. The system was easy to navigate and setup. There is a lot of options and I felt like I could customize a lot of things. The customer service was not the best. There was a lot of back and forth with the customer service team before I got my system set up. I would say that you should try it out. It has been a life saver for us. The customer service is great! I love how easy their system works to track my employee's information as well it being accessible from any device (mobile or desktop). There are some features that could be simplified such as adding/editing email addresses without having them retype everything in each time they want an update done.
