Airframe HR Review

The ability to track employee performance is very helpful in making sure we are doing what needs done as far as their development goes within our organization! I wish there was at least an option of being able to have multiple managers assigned so that if one leaves or gets promoted it doesn't affect everyone's view/progress. It would be nice also maybe even having some sort of time line tracking system where you can see how much progress each person has made along with any potential issues…

I love that it has an app so you can use it anywhere! It is easy to navigate and you can find what you are looking for very quickly. Sometimes I am not sure if I am searching in the right place or if there is another way to do something. This program is great because it allows me to keep track of my employees' information as well as their paychecks. The interface is very easy to use when you are new in using it; however as soon as I get used with its features there's nothing that can be said about this program because everything works perfectly fine! I like that it is easy to use right away. The ability to upload all of my employee information in one place makes sure no detail goes unnoticed or overlooked when searching through applications! It would be nice if there was an option where you could send out mass emails/emails individually instead of having them sent as bulk messages which can sometimes get lost within our email system.
