Very easy to navigate website platform and very useful

I like that it allows me access from anywhere, so if my phone or desktop has internet then i can log in at any time of day! It also gives you an idea about what your competition does for their customers as well which helps with how we market our business too (also makes us more competitive!). BrightLocal - A fantastic solution when paired

This tool has helped me with all of my local SEO needs. It allows us to track our progress, monitor keywords, and create custom reports. The interface can be a little tricky at first but it gets easier once you get used to it. I wish that there was more integration with other tools like Google Analytics so we could pull data from those as well. Excellent Service from Sales & Customer Support

It has been easy for us to track our performance and easily adjust our SEO strategies by analyzing our competitor's pages. The only downside is that it can be confusing at times for new users of this system. I would say that it was very easy to implement, and the customer service has been great! We are able to use the analytics data in multiple ways to identify what keywords and topics will be most useful in driving traffic to our website. Most professional digital marketing agency i've ever worked wth

I have used brightlocal for many years, as well in my current role of Digital Marketing Specialist at one our other clients that we work with together (and before). The team always goes above & beyond what you would expect from an online advertising platform! Customer support has improved dramatically over time - but even when it was bad they were still willing to help us out whenever possible- so kudos there too!! We use their website/adwords services daily across both companies websites…

  • excellent follow up response times by multiple people during any given day including weekends..greatly appreciated since some days i may receive 3+ emails back within hours regarding questions asked earlier while others might take several additional business cycles until replying again..i appreciate this greatly because its good practice especially considering how important timely responses often turn into conversions later...very nice indeed :)
