Review on BrightLocal by Mark Jefferson

I have used brightlocal for many years, as well in my current role of Digital Marketing Specialist at one our other clients that we work with together (and before).

The team always goes above & beyond what you would expect from an online advertising platform! Customer support has improved dramatically over time - but even when it was bad they were still willing to help us out whenever possible- so kudos there too!! We use their website/adwords services daily across both companies websites where customers can browse products or order via phone call etc.. They are very helpful not just about ad words campaigns which sometimes get complicated quickly if things don't go according planed thoughout your funnel campaign process flow chart design; however also providing great customer service after purchase completion once payment/credit card processing happens through them rather than having more issues down line along transaction pipeline due tto merchant gateway being difficult / glitchy like.
