I have been using this brush for a long time, I recently bought another one, but I still ended up returning to this time-tested brush.

Can't find them locally anymore and love these brushes, they seem to keep teeth and gums (inner cheeks and palate) clean so my dentist and I are very happy with my results. Maybe it's just me, but since I've been using them, all I've had to do is brush my teeth at every check-up. I want my real teeth and gums to stay healthy for as long as possible.

This is not software. As a hygienist, I prefer (and always recommend) a brush with softer bristles. Gum recession can be caused or made worse by brushing too hard with bristles that are too stiff. I practice the bass brush technique and my gums are very healthy. These bristles weren't soft or duller than one would expect from a "thread tip" brush. These are the best toothbrushes I have ever used. They are very soft and even work like dental floss when brushing your teeth. You will not be disappointed! I've been using Colgate 360 Total Advanced floss bristles since they first came out. Have tried other brands and even other Colgate brushes that say they are 360 but lack key features. I find they aren't as comfortable as these Total Advanced 360s, nor do they clean as well. They have a comfortable grip and a tongue and cheek cleaner. I've only been using this toothbrush for about a week when I felt something in my mouth while brushing my teeth today. When washed, whatever it was, nothing came out. I used a paper towel to pull it out and it was stubble! I'm still not sure if I have stubble in my throat and am considering going to the emergency room.
