Not what I expected
This is not software. As a hygienist, I prefer (and always recommend) a brush with softer bristles. Gum recession can be caused or made worse by brushing too hard with bristles that are too stiff. I practice the bass brush technique and my gums are very healthy. These bristles weren't soft or duller than one would expect from a "thread tip" brush. They irritated my gums when trying to clean my ridges and I stopped using them after trying the first brush. I returned to my Pro-sys for manual cleaning.
